DIRECTIONS: Go to gmail. Click APPS...Click Google Sites. Name your site by your Block 1st 2 initials of your last name, then your first name. (i.e. B3 Ra Debbie)
Lesson 2: You will learn how to add a new page to your Google Site. You will create a table and create links to the titles (3 in all). In this page, you will create a page about ancient civilization (your choice). Here's some ideas: Be a real estate agent who is selling ancient civilization homes...use the rate of exchange from that time period. Be an artisan selling your jewelry or your craft...add pictures and prices. Check the 6th Grade computers site below for more ideas. Share your site with another student-editing rights, who wants to do the same topic and create your pages together. Research carefully and be sure to carefully label your photos giving credit to your sources. Add video links, etc. If you want to make your own video, you may do that too.
Lesson 3: Make a portfolio.
